My local doc has suggested I go on elavil (it is an antidepressant often used in pain management) to help with my chronic pain. I hope to go to the CEC in Atlanta but it will take me a while as I am out of state, have to send my records and deal with insurance and finances....so I am considering trying the elavil as a short term solution. I know several women who have used it for their IC and said it helped. I was looking to hear from women who have tried it for endo pain.
