Ally,

Yes, and it scared me but it did go away. However it is a good time for hemorrhoids to want to come back too, all the stress and getting things to function again...

After surgery, I also had much difficulty getting anything to happen so make sure you get fiber somehow. I found that probiotics (replaces the natural flora of your intestines) and pysillium seeds to be a godsend.

Feel free to e-mail me with any questions as you recover. I didn't know what to expect as I had never had resections before. It felt much different and took more time than previous surgeries.
