I had that too. It means the cul de sac was taken over with adhesions and endo. The cul de sac is the space between your uterus and your rectum. The two are stuck together instead of having the space. I had the adhesions excised and the endo excised. It was very painful having a bowel movement because it would pull on my uterus.
