I too suffer from chronic pelvic pain. However I have yet to find something to help. unless you count a worn out heating pad and rice pack, along with percocet! With you being in california i would strongly recommend dr cook. He is well known for endo treatment. there is also a dr piaz in mexico who is fantastic too from what i have heard. good luck and i am sorry your in so much pain many many (((HUGS)))
