Re: belly button problems since lap.

I don't know if this will help you or not but I believe it helped me.
I've had my belly button pierced for years and had problems with the
scar tissue and discharge for a while after I had it pierced. After my
lap over 2 years ago the discharge started again but worse and had an
odor to it, After my Lupron was finished I had gotten my nose pierced
(my sort-of mid/mid life crisis since I took it out a couple months ago)
and the place gave me this sea salt-water solution to clean my nose
piercing with called H2O. I used it on my belly button and it
completely got rid of the discharge and odor and (knock wood) I have not
had a problem with my belly button at all since then. I'm starting to
have the endo problems again and may have to have another lap and if I
do, I am going to stock up on the solution and q-tips. 2-3 times a day
for about 8 weeks is about how long I used it for the last time.
I hope you find something that helps for you. I know how embarrassing
and annoying the discharge can be and how frustrating it is to deal
with.
