I only knew to search for "pain during ovulation with scar tissue after a tubal" after hearing on TV the pain was probably caused by scar tissue. After going to an emergency room with severe pain over 15 years ago thinking it could be a tubal-pregnancy and the doctors finding nothing, I just put up with it. Some months are worse than others. It almost feels like a long, never-ending labor pain with alot of pressure on the pelvic floor. It doesn't last for days. I'm relieved to know that it is probably just scar tissue. I've had ultrasounds on my abdominal area done to find the reasons for my heavy periods and nothing was found then, so I guess I'm OK. Good Luck.
