Yes tell him to be honest with you. If he does not know what is wrong with you or if he can not help you ask him if you shold find a new Dr and I would not go to someone he rec it will prob be one of his friends. Find an endo specilaist. Do not let your Dr intimidate you. You are the boss not him :) Good luck.
