My pain is exactly like that! With the ovaries feeling like they are going to burst and I get spasms in my lower abdomen and back. Lately, I have been laying on an ice pack, putting it on my tail bone until it is numb because this last period was so bad....the last 4 have been really bad.

I think ice helps swelling in your lower back or hips go down and makes it less pinchy. Maybe try that?? I am getting scared, because it seems like the last 3 periods, the vicodin is not even working anymore. I have to get my surgery over with in January. I hope they can give me something stronger for a while...

I'm sorry we all have to keep going through this, Maggie. I wish I could be there to help somehow.

Your Friend, Andrea
