My pain is exactly like that! With the ovaries feeling like they are
going to burst and I get spasms in my lower abdomen and back. Lately, I
have been laying on an ice pack, putting it on my tail bone until it is
numb because this last period was so bad....the last 4 have been really
bad.
I think ice helps swelling in your lower back or hips go down and makes
it less pinchy. Maybe try that?? I am getting scared, because it seems
like the last 3 periods, the vicodin is not even working anymore. I
have to get my surgery over with in January. I hope they can give me
something stronger for a while...
I'm sorry we all have to keep going through this, Maggie. I wish I
could be there to help somehow.
