I had that same thing Sunday night. I told my hubby that I thought my ovaries were going to burst out of my belly. The pain also went down the same leg. I wonder if it is adhesions pulling? I also had this pain when I had huge endometriomas, hope its not that. Sorry you are in pain. Mine went away the next day. I went to sleep with the heating pad and it was gone. I also took a Norco amd it didn't help but when I took an Aleve it felt better. Aleve really upsets my tummy so I try everything else before I take it. Hope you feel better.
