Yikes, That heavy amount of bleeding kind of sounds like an emergency
situation to me. You bled for 5 months? I can't believe your doctor did
not do any tests! What are they, nuts? I would call your state medical
board and turn that doctor in for not helping you one, and two, for all
the rediculous, insulting things they said to you! There are 2 doctors I
should've definately turned into the medical board for physically
hurting me, but I was very young, did not know any better and was very
depressed at the time. Did not have the energy to mess with it.
I would find a specialist and tell them you need an emergency
exploratory laparscopy or MRI within a few days, just to see what's
going on in there. Something could be ruptured, a bleeding cyst, it
could be anything. That much bleeding is not safe and not normal and I
bet you are anemic. I thought I bled a lot, but just the first two days
of my period are extremely heavy. I use maybe 8 tampons a day for 2
days.
Please do something ASAP, ok?
