Ally, I am sorry to hear you have this terrible disease. The endometriomas are the worst form of this disease, and they come back - sometimes even after surgery. My advice would be to listen to the endo expert. Even if you can get pregnant, you will always be concerned that the cysts could rupture, and you will not be able to enjoy your child and have a healthy life after the baby is born. This disease has robbed me of so much, I only wish that I had my surgery sooner with an excision specialist - before the disease had progressed to the state it is right now - a total mess.
