Yes! I have a few and hope they are close to you. If these doctors are not close to you, I also found some compounding pharmacies (the only ones who can make the bio-identical hormones) in Virginia as well and they can assist in helping find you a doctor who will help you too! You may just want to call them and ask them to recommend a reputable doctor is who can test your hormones. I hope this helps. I really think a hormone check is what you need to find out what is wrong. I went through all the tests you are going through and none of them helped me either.
