They can't find what it is and I guess that's good and bad. I keep having extreme nausea and its mostly at night. Some nights its so bad that I have to lay down and go to sleep. Also, don't know if this is related, but my stomach is always making noises(don't really know how to explain) kind of like gurgling. I was told because they couldn't find anything else that I have IBS. I guess my Ques is does/can IBS or Endo cause this extreme nausea?
