Strange pain...anyone else experienced this before?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis in October 2006, when my GYN was doing a laporoscopy to find out why I was having so much abdominal pain. He lasered off the adhesions, and everything was ok for a little while. Now sometimes (it's becoming more frequent) I have pain if I twist my upper body, such as sitting on my bed and twisting around to get something off the headboard. It feels like a stabbing pain, like someone shoving an icepick up into my vaginal area. It hurts like that sometimes when I urinate also, but I'm pretty sure I don't have a UTI (I've had one before). Also, once that stabbing pain starts, it usually takes a long while, a few hours to a few days, to go away completely. Has anyone else experienced this with endo before? I just want to make sure that's what it is, and it's not some sort of infection.
