I also get this, but never have gotten any answers as to why. It also turned into spasms after a while. And inbetween the spasms, there were shoots of pain. That was not a fun time and now I'm just back to the "fluttering" sensation. You are not alone, but I'm sorry that I do not know that cause of it.
