Dana,
Yes, about half the time, I will get a migraine with my period and it
makes me so dizzy. So, I will be spinny, with a headache, a fever and
major cramps.
If you get those herbs, try and buy a tea with cramp bark and valerian
already in it(it doesn't taste bad), because I bought the herbs separate
to add them to tea and they taste awful! The Cramp Bark tastes like
men's cologne, and valerian really stinks....but all the rest taste ok.
I can only add a little valerian to the tea or it's hard to get down and
I think I'm throwing out the Cramp Bark - it's gross.
