Previous message: andrea: "Re: Have a question about bloodwork?" Hi. I am 31 years old and I have recently had some serious problems that may be Endo symptoms. I have one son who is 2 years old. After I delivered for the first year I had heavy bleeding but never attributed it to anything. I just thought my hormones were getting back to normal (I also breastfed for 18 months). We I went for my annual in August, my doc found a cyst and said that I was a lot more tender than he expected. Since about june/july I have had major bleeding (soaking 1 super tampon per hour) and some clotting. This last month the clots were really big and the bleeding so heavy that at times I would stand up and it would just gush out like a waterfall. I went back to the doc and he wants to do an ultrasound right before my period begins (to see what the lining looks like) he also said that we may have to do a biopsy.
