area's of pain, is it Endo?From: mdustin (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Oct 10 09:06:42 2007
I just wondered...My main pain has always been on my right side, all the way down, almost where my pelvis just meets my leg...like a big ball of pain. I also have pain in other areas as well, but this is where it seems to be originating from. My Endo was supposedly found on my Left ovary. And I had an adhesion that attached my left ovary and my uterus....nothing to do with my right side. The only explanation was REFERRED PAIN. Is this correct? I find it so hard to believe that I have had constant pain on my right side and yet, there was no Endo found on my right side. My question I guess is 1.) was all of your Endo found on the area(s) that you actually had pain. 2.) what else could this pain be from if it's not my Endo? Like I have said before, my doctor (gyn) has decided that my pain is not gyn related, but suspects GI instead. Besides my appendix (which you would think would have burst by now if that was the problem), what else is there that would be the reason for the constant pain? Anyone know?
