I get this too. It is def from the endo - gets worse around my period and with bowel movements. Docs don't know enough about endo yet to tell you otherwise. I used to throw up for about 3-4 hours straight on day one of my period. It would get sooo bad, I couldn't even drink water. It would end when I threw up my own bile [yellowish substance]. So, don't listen to the doctors. I have been finding that many of them really don't know a lot about this disease. Try ginger. Someone once told me to boil dr. pepper with ginger and then drink. It is supposed to help a lot with the nauseau. Good luck.
