Re: That time again....

I'm in the same boat with you, Becky. Last month my period was very mild and I only had 2 days of bad pain, so I got excited and thought the new remedies that I was trying were working.

But, this period that I just got over, was a complete nightmare! 8 days straight of heavy bleeding and severe cramping. I don't know why the progesterone did not help this time, so I upped my dose of that from 150mg to 300mg.

It seems that every other period is super bad, so I'm hoping the one at the end of October is a mild one. God, I want a lap and to be pain-free so badly, but I am terrified of something going wrong during surgery and the holidays are getting too close as well. I wanted all this over with by the end of summer, but it did not work out that way.

I'm doing meditation and that does help with my mood a lot and keeps me happier, and not so stressed out, but my pain is still there. We have to try and be positive and be thankful for the things we DO have because that's all we have, when it comes to coping with this. I know this sucks and it's bad, but there are so many people out there that have it worse than us, try to think of it that way...

I hope the advice I gave you on your back helped last week.

Take care, Andrea
