Andrea,
I have not heard about not being able to give blood after
Lupron...what?? I agree that Lupron can have devistating effects. It
defently was not a picnic for me...that's for sure.
Even post-Lupron has been a nightmare for me so far. And now I'm back
at square one. Pain and bleeding everyday (nearly everyday bleeding).
But, I know what my doctor will say...I just started new birth control
pills a few weeks ago. Therefor, my bleeding falls into the category of
"break-through" bleeding. So, I don't call and make a stink. What
other choice do I honestly have? I will be seeing him in a week or so
for a follow up apointment.
Bleeding for me, was the reason I continued to complain in the first
place. I bled nearly every single day for the past 3 + years. Now, I
fear that it is happening again. Only this time, I have all of this
pain that I didn't have before. Joint/leg pain mostly. I bleed just
about every day at some point. Especially when I get stressed, have a
bowel movement and sex. I have bled atleast half of the past month
untill now and it doesn't seem that it will be stopping any time soon.
