Re: scientific evidence

Hi,

I've been looking too, but looking for an objective evaluation of this sort is very much like a quest for the holy grail, or maybe more like tilting at windmills...Many of the studies I have found over the years are contradictory and/or inconclusive.

I think that the best documents that the scientific community has come up with are summaries of different studies on different drugs that are backed by statistics. Important to remember that scientists are not absolutely objective either, and that the outcome of the study/research absolutely depends on the assumptions that are made when it is set up.

Unfortunately, I've never found that objective evaluation in a refereed journal (I would appreciate knowing if you've had success there), but there are some books out there that make an honest attempt. You could try looking for such books on this and other endo-related websites. If you are looking for scientific articles, the reference sections of these books are a great place to start.

Best of luck,

T
