If you have a pad put that on without a tampon and if it saturated in one hour go to the ER. If you are having a lot of pain as well as the bleeding I would go as well. I work in Labor and Delivery so I know about vaginal bleeding and what is normal. When in doubt go to the ER to be on the safe side because of the cysts. It could of ruptured and that could be very dangerous. I had it happen to me but I didn't have bleeding just pain.
