Endo,IC, EBV, recently diaganosed with Adenomyosis what do I do now?From: Yvonne (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat Sep 29 22:51:45 2007
I am 28yrs old. I have had problems since I was 11 from my first period and pain has progessively gotten worse over the years. I was diagnosed with Endo in 2001 and have had many surgeries since because of issues with the Endo and Scar tissue. I have been out of work since January because pain has been soo excruciating that it has traveled down my legs and feet it is as if everything from the waist down has stopped working and all I feel is pain. I have also gone through this year Pelvic Floor physical therapy but that just seems to aggrivate my pain, and Constant BCP has not controlled my cycles at all it continues to last 1-2 weeks or more and is extremly heavy. I am soo tired of not being able to live my life. I have just started to see ANOTHER Dr. Here in Chgo at Rush and after an MRI I just had he said that I have Adenomyosis. Beginging half of the year I got nowhere at another hosp. Noone can explain the severe pelvic pain, pain in my legs feet, abdomen, vaginal area etc. I know many of you all now this too well. i don't know what to do anymore. Does anyone here have both Endo and Adenomyosis? I am at my wits end between having trouble with this and getting covered my Disability.
