Re: HELP - low back pain and pelvic cramping

I've had 4 surgeries...total hysterectomy, endo clean out, etc. Just had
another lap surgery last week due to cyclical pain - same time every
month. Lower back pain, abdominal pain. Nothing as severe as
pre-surgeries but aggravating pain non-the-less. The results of my
latest lap showed no signs of endo or serious scar tissue. Goodnews is
its all gone and looks great in there...bad news is I still have
cyclical pain! The pain arrived like clockwork...lower back, need to go
to the bathroom (BM), gas etc. Since the last lap was done by colon Dr
(thought to have endo on colon)he suggested Fiber One (1 cup daily)and
lots of water. Thinks due to cronic pain for years has sensitized my
pain receptors. Still doesn't explain cyclical nature but I'll give it
a try. If you are going to colon cleanse...he says the ONLY thing that
works best is the Fiber one daily ( in yogurt, as cereal, whatever -
just get it in your body). Says since there is no endo it must be
related to colon....
