Re: To All

Hello All,

I am seeking advice. I have been battling Endo for over 5 years now. I have had it all Surgery, Lupron, Depo, and birth control (many types). I am only 24 and don't plan on having children soon. (By the way that is so unfair that my gyno reminds me an unmarried woman to have a baby when I so can't right now.)I am currently a Graduate Student. The problem I am having is I lost all my health insurance and cannot find a company to count endo as a non-preexisting condition. This means that any treatments I could have would have to come out of pocket. I just started Depo Last year and it seems to be working better than anything I have tried before without near as many side effects. But it cost $900 a shot. I cannot aford that and so I am terrified at loosing my health. I wanted to do the petal study but for some reason they say I don't qualify. I hate spending days and days in bed in pain and forced to take pain pills that knock me out.The fear of going back to pain is daunting. Does anyone have any suggestions?
