I had a lap done end of Aug and my recovery was a few days. The worst
part is the referred shoulder pain from gas. Not to scare you but all
of a sudden it feels like someone is stabbing you in the shoulder. I
found laying down made it worse so I would get up or prop a pillow under
me. That went away the next day so that is good. It goes away in a day
or two. Heat pads help. I am having another lap on Oct 9 to excise
endo from my rectum and bladder so I am a little nervous about the pain
from that. Good luck.
