I forgot to tell you this! (I am on pain meds right now and on my
period, so I am forgetful today, sorry)
Do you have any cold packs? Putting cold on the area that feels inflamed
with really help reduce the swelling. If you don't have cold packs, you
could use un-opened bags of frozen vegetables. Put the cold on your
tailbone for as long as you can stand it, & do that about 4 times, &
take 3 advil every 4 hours. You probably won't feel a difference til
tomorrow, but that's what I do when I get a pinched nerve or swelling in
my back and it works well. I hope this helps!
