Well, yes, but endo can also create pinched nerves because of all the pressure and pulling that the lesions create. So it could be caused by endo. You just need to find a way to relieve the pressure in your lower back. Try lying on the floor on your side, with one leg over the other, but twist your upper body in the opposite direction. Try doing some different stretches. Would your doc be willing to give you a few muscle relaxers? That would help. This is a really great informative endo site I found. It answers a lot of questions too and may have some info on what you are experiencing:
