Hi, Becky

I'm sorry! I know it's been a while since we have talked, so you will have to give me a quick history of your endo. I kind of forget things lately. I think what you have, sounds like a pinched nerve, maybe the sciatica? I've had that and it does create pain and even numbness down your legs and in your feet too. It almost felt like it was my cervix being pinched, but it was so intense that I could not really tell where exactly it was coming from. Maybe you could get a deep tissue massage and ask your doc for a script for muscle relaxants?

Or you could even just do a lot of stretching - stretch your back. Have you ever had one of those therapy balls? Those big balls you can sit on and stretch on....they help your back a lot.

I'm sorry you are going through this, Becky. E-mail me if you like, sometimes I get people's histories mixed up on here, and some posters have the same name now too. I hope you can figure this out and get it fixed.

Take care,

--
Andrea
