Jessica,

I wanted to thank you again for posting your hormone test results! It gives all of the women on this forum the insight to see just what a mess your hormones can be even at a young age and that THEY are causing many of your endo symptoms.

I know all of your hormones are below normal due to Lupron, but mine were similarly low just from being on the pill! When I would beg doctors to test my hormones they would shrug it off and treat me like I was stupid. Your doctor flat out lied to you about your hormones being in normal range. Geez. No matter what day of the month you had them tested, none of the hormone levels would dip that low at any time.

It is also proof that estrogen dominance DOES exist, even with Lupron use. Even though your estrogen is lower than normal, it is still higher than all of your other hormones, thus causing estrogen dominance and the crappy symptoms that go along with it. You must get your progesterone to surpass your estrogen level and get it up to around a 15, then you will have way fewer symptoms and less pain - I promise!

The cream you are on however, will not be enough to raise your level. You will most likely have to take the dosage of compounded capsules that I was on to raise my progesterone from a 2 to an 18. It took 2 months to get it back on track, taking 300-400 milligrams every night. After about 10 days, I could feel such a phenomenal difference!

I applaud you for taking this step that will finally get you on the road to having some relief you deserve! I know you have to twist the doctor's arm to get them to test your hormones! Don't be afraid to get off the pill, either. Your bleeding will be heavier, but your pain will be less on the progesterone. Let me know how things go, ok?

Take care & have a good week,

--
Andrea
