Sorry about the first blank message. My insurance changed 12 days before my surgery (due to my husband's work changing insurance) and I was scared to death they would not cover due to my hx of endo. We were switched to Blue Cross and they covered everthing except my copay (5oo dollars for inpatient surgery - i had uterus removed with removal of endo). My husband said they have been the easiest to work with and pre approved everything. Now I am not saying that will be your experience with blue cross in ca. It was certainly great for us.
