Hey Erica,

I didn't know you are 27 as well! (you wrote me about my joint pain from lupron and also had big dermoids). Jess you sound pretty young as well! Were both of you told by your GYN that you would NOT get the whole bone loss side effect cuz you were too young? I know I did! Any of you in the bay area or use Kaiser? EVERY Kaiser doc I have seen about this (so 7 out of 9, the first two were just taking care of the dermoids) have majorly PUSHED Lupron as the last resort and left it as, well these possible sede effects are better then being bed ridden 2+ wks a month.....well no they are not since I have to use crutches or hobble around like an idiot!

I do have to push diet here, calcium rich FOODS and yeah cuttin gdown on alcohol does help since alcohol greatly hinders bone growth cells, and yeah Vit. D I gotta agree with Erica and also B,C's pretty much them all, omega 3's, fish oils are really and COLON cleansing is super important to rid of the toxins from all the meds (and lupron) I am on the http://www.drnatura.com cleanse and it is going well....also a bio based toxin release system where you put your legs in water and it sucks the toxins out (I had lots of orange and green, orange joint and green liver) toxins come out. If you are in the bay area I can tell ya where to go for that!

You two use Kaiser or who do you have?
