Did you try Dr. Robbins in Maine? He accepts some insurance, not sure about Cigna, but it's worth a try. You might also look into changing your insurance, and/or going through the appeals process to try to make them cover it. Here's Dr. R's website: http://www.endoexcision.com/
Having repeat surgeries can do more damage than it fixes! The other thing you can do is get a referral to a pain management doctor until you can get to an excision specialist.
