You never need a hyst in any way for endo when excision can help. Progesterone has helped me with pcos, endo and other issues. I have had excision surgery. Have you looked into this? Have you tried the PCOS diet? Drilling holes sounds barbaric. It doesn't control hormones! Have you had them tested?
