Erica,

Just curious, when did your doctor give you Zelnorm? It was taken off the US drug market in March of 2007! Here is the link:

God, I feel like doctors constantly prescribe all of these unnessary drugs when most of us just need a hormone balance! I went through years of putting so many useless or harmful pills in my body and all I needed was a little more progesterone.

Most docs don't want to fix you, they want to keep you as a "customer", keep coming back for visits, buying pills....etc.... I hate it!!! I agree with your advice to Maggie about seeing a specialisit. I go to a natural hormone doctor and an endo/pelvic pain specialist and I feel like I am in good hands for the first time in 20 years and only taking the medicines that i really need.

I'm glad you saw Redwine and are feeling much better! That is my goal, to get off pain pills too. I have to take them for 3 days and can't work during those days. It is so interfering. Finding the right doctor who really cares is really the key to fighting this disease!
