Jessica, I have chronic fatigue. I've also had joint pain. I used to sleep for a good 18 hours a day. I still get tired all the time for no reason. People are constantly asking me why I yawn all the time. It gets a little annoying after a while, but I have yet to find anything that makes it go away. You're not alone on this one :). Elizabeth
