Yes, I have fatigue. It knocks me sideways a few days of the month. I feel so utterly exhasuted I can barely function and it feels like my arms and legs are so heavy I have trouble lifting them. It's like walking in treacle. I have tried everything but nothing seems to make a difference. It's the one part of this disease that I hate the most....even more than the pain, because it truly stops me from from functioning in my life. I have just started the Endo diet, this time 100%. I have cut out dairy, red meat, wheat and sugar and I am really hoping this works. I am so tired of feeling tired all the time. I've tried cutting down on various foods before but never actually eliminating them totally from my diet. I think this may be the key so I'll report back in a month!
