First of all, congratulations on quitting smoking. You have just done yourself a huge favor in terms of your long-term health. Sadly though, smoking actually lowers your estrogen production and tend to keep your endo in check a bit. This might be why you are feeling sicker - when the endo grows in your body, it wears on your immune system and makes you very tired and sick. I know all too well how this feels. Check with your doctor and see if they can do something to help with the fatigue? Vitamins??

Best of luck,
