Hi Natasha,
Congrats on quitting...I quit years ago but I still remember how hard it
was. I wish I had some good advice to offer - all I can say is that I
seem to have this low level fatigue all of the time. Just lower energy
levels, getting tired much more easily, etc. I know docs say that endo
wears out your body but the reality of it really stinks.
Have you considered seeing an acupuncturist/traditional chinese medicine
practitioner? I'm starting with one next month. I know a lot of women
have had really good results, and that kind of work is really good for
fatigue. You never know...
