Hi there,
Hope you are having a better day today. I am hoping that if you get off
of the Premarin, many of your terrible symptoms and exhaustion will go
away. My aunt had symptoms so similar to yours while on HRT. She said
it made her feel 80 years old. I hope it's the estrogen causing your
pain and that you don't have Fibromyalgia.
You probably won't know if it's the left over Lupron affects, or the
Premarin doing all of that to you. I was like you though, even on the
pill I would bleed non-stop. My doc told me it's because my hormonse
were so out of whack and the estrogen in the pill was somehow blocking
my hormone receptors in my body. Women on my mom's side of the family
go through menopausse at around 38 so I thought it might be that
creeping up, but it wasn't.
When I was on the pill I was always so exhausted and moody. As for that
vision thing, that was wierd. I woke up to go pee, and halfway thought
I was sleepwalking because I could not see out of one eye. It did not
hurt at all, but very scary. It happened twice, about a few years apart
I would say. Low blood sugar makes me dizzy and a little disoriented,
but not black vision in one eye.
I feel for you, going through this and having two young children. I
can't imagine that. I know when we have this pain, we feel we can
barely take care of ourselves. I hope your doctor will cooperate with
you and give you what you want. You have the right to disagree with him
if you feel you should not be taking estrogen because of your family's
history with cancer. I hope and pray that things take a positive turn
for you soon, Maggie. Ttys,
