Re: Finally, something that is helping my pain!

I am taking the Solgar brand Natto-K,100mg, Co Q10, 100mg a day and also drinking a recipe I found for a Chinese "PMS" tea. I put liquid Dong-Quai, Fo-Ti, Oregon Grape Seed Extract and Valerian into it. It's also made with a bunch of herbs that are supposed to help periods, so it could be the combination of everything, not just the Natto-K.

EGCG is in green tea and Lycopene is found in tomatoes, so I get plenty of both of those already. Like I said, I am still skeptical, but have never had a period this easy. Does your Natto-K have a mg dosage on it? I did not order the Fibrovan because it does not even say how many miligrams you are getting. I just hope that it really is working.....only time will tell.
