Don't know about phenara - could it be "Femara"? It's what's called an aromatase inhibitor, I think it blocks more estrogen than Lupron (which only keeps the ovaries from producing it). It may shrink the endo, but I've never heard that it (or any other medical/hormonal treatment) could "kill" it. In any case, I hope it helps. If not, maybe another surgery with an excision specialist could get rid of the endo that was left behind? I'm really sorry to hear you are having to deal with that!
