there are pills and treaments that help with Adenomyosis but the only cure is hysterectomy .. if your dr has evidance taht sugest you realy have adeno ( like yoru uterus feels boggy, ultratsounds show stuff and so on ) surgery would be a great way to go but if he just is goin off of what he feels it might be then i would ask for more test first .. i had a hsyt for my adeno and feel great now but i knew i had adeno . . . megace helped me a lot more than any other thing.. good luck lisa
