I am in a considerable amount of pain a majority of the time. This has been going on for 3 years, getting progressivly worse the last 9 months to a year. I feel pelvic pressure, i get pains VERY similar to labor contractions, very painful during and after intercourse, big clots the list goes on and on! I had an endometrial ablation on the 20th of July. It only helped with the cotracting pains temporarily. They are now back! Is an endometrial ablation my only alternative besides a hysterectomy? It seems as though the surgery accomplished absolutly nothing.
