Hello Loretta, So nice to hear from you! I am very happy for you that it at least made a difference. That is good! Thank you so much for letting me know.

Yes forums like these are great. It is where/how I started my endo journey and total health journey to better health. Really, I think it has been about 5 years or so since I first came on here. I thought I was the only one in the world with endometriosis until I visited this forum and read. I was so very amazed. So I still ocassionally visit and am thankful for this place. It is what started a whirlwind of things!
