Hi- I was wondering if anyone else has had a hysterectomy for endometriosis (also had adnemyosis) and kept an ovary and still has pain? I had a hysterectomy a few months ago, and kept my right ovary. About a week ago I had some pain on my lower right side, similiar to the pain I would get before my period. I wanted to know if even though I had a hysterectomy, will the remaining ovary still act up as if I would be getting a period? I am now regretting not having it removed...time will tell if it worsens I guess...
