Lupron, to do or not to do?

I had my post op appointment with my gyno today regarding surgery I had done to remove endo. He had said that he was able to completely remove all of it, but since there was so much and it went so deep he suspects it has come back ( My last period following the surgery was hell) So he would like to put me on Lupron. I was reading over the side effects and they seem horrible. I am 19 years old and do not feel like going through menopause already, I will just be starting college as the treatment starts. Are there any other alternatives? Would anyone suggest a hysterectomy? If this early in life there are so many problems I doubt anything to do with child birth and me would not do so well, So I am fine with never having children of my own. If anyone can tell me how the drug worked for them and anything else regarding it and any suggestions on what I should it would be apprectiated. Thank you. <3
