I have suffered with period pain & pelvic pain for years I just thought it was normal. But due to some ongoing Fatigue, ovarian cysts & abnormal blood work( elevated CA125) My dr performed a Lap to go in and confirm & get rid of endometriosis but to his surprise when he got in there all of my organs are completely webbed together he could not even move things around to look without causing serious damage to my bowels or bladder. I have a hysterectomy scheduled in later Sept. As I have made my contribution to the world with a boy and girl so having other children for me is not a huge concern, and my heart goes out to those that are trying to concieve. I have been reading this forum for over a month and I see some similarites but not close to mine. Where I live is still recovering from Hurricane Katrina I have searched for specialist in my area for endo but the only thing they are interested in is treating for fertility and that is not my case.. My DR deliverd both my children and is well known in the area. I did not want to take Lupron because of research done on it. He advised me at this point it would not helped in my case its way to advanced. My biggest concern is the bowel & bladder being attached to the uterus he explained it like its one big basketball of organs attached together( uterus, bladder, tubes, ovaries ets). When I move they move there is no fluid or room for them to move freely. Anyone out there with similar circumstances or anyone have any advice to offer. Thanks
