I was just thinking about exercising once i got through this month and i am coming out of my pain days today. I am really going to work-out this month and see if it helps with curbing the pain so that it is managable. I can't imagine anything more motivational than the fear of intense pain!

I wish you luck! Keep me informed and i will keep you up to date as well to see if it works! :)
